2. Where & when is your next workshop?
Please check my website under workshops. My schedule changes
often so check in about once a month.
3. Do you have weekly classes?
No, I am only doing workshops due to a heavy tour schedule.
4. What can I do to become a professional dancer?
If you want to make a career out of dance, I suggest that you train about 4 hours per day 6 days a week. If you ask the best ballroom, ballerina, of Flamenco dancer how much they trained they would probably answer with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Besides belly dance classes is good to train with other styles of dance to help
with body awareness. Also studying Middle Eastern music is very helpful to.
5. Where are you based?
Los Angeles, California, USA. I was born and raised here.
6. Where do you get your costumes?
I design most (not all) of my costumes and work with an amazing costume designer Larisa. I often sell some of my costumes and put them up on my shopping page of my website. |
